Blue class are extending their Science learning about habitats by working outdoors in our woodland area. They started off thinking about the variety of wildlife our woodland habitat supports and matched a variety of animals to their young. We had a special focus on the birds this week and used our binoculars to take a closer look at the different varieties visiting the woods. We then went off to try our hand at nest building…it was very tricky. We decided birds are quite amazing to build the wonderful structures using just their beaks!
