Following the Government announcement about opening to all children in September, we have reviewed our current risk assessment. Our September 2020 Covid-19 Full School Opening Risk Assessment at least one a month. The highlighting in yellow is to help you identify the changes that have been made to make St Mary’s as safe as we possibly can when we opened for all children on Thursday 3rd September.
However, our main aim remains the same as we try to keep all our children, staff and wider community safe.

Stockport Health Visiting and School Nursing Advice Line
Stockport Health Visiting & School Nursing Service have launched an advice line on 0161 835 6789 for families of children aged 0-16.
The Advice Line is available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) 9am – 5pm and provides support from Health Visitors and School Nurses on all aspects of child health, development and parenting including:
* Healthy eating
* Management of minor illnesses
* Speech & communication
* General health & emotional wellbeing
* Special educational needs
* School Nursing service
Talking to your child about COVID-19
Are you unsure about how to talk to your children about coronavirus? This children’s guide has been created to help explain the situation. It aims to answer children’s questions about coronavirus, tell children how to stay safe and protect other people and how to help them make the best of their time at home.
Stockport Helpline – You will be able to access support Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, by calling 0161 217 6046.
