The Gigantic Carrot

The children enjoyed creating our own version of The Enormous Turnip story. We called our story The Gigantic Carrot. The children worked together to create a story map where we changed the vegetable and the characters in the story. They then enjoyed taking on the roles of the characters to act out the story and worked with their teachers to write speech bubbles, thought bubbles and parts of the story to create a class book. Well done Red Class!
